We offer a flat shipping rate across the entire country:

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days) after order placement and verification.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on your city/location.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Regional Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 6 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services all over Pakistan so you can pay conveniently when your order arrives at your doorstep. Online prepaid options are also supported during checkout.

4. Order Verification

To ensure smooth delivery, our customer support team may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to verify your order and shipping address before dispatching your package.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your Courier Tracking ID and a link to track your order in real-time.

6. Undelivered / Returned Parcels

Please ensure that your complete delivery address, contact number, and city name are provided correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-contactable phone number, re-delivery charges of Rs. 250 may apply.
